PAC drilling solution additive: What is the relationship between PAC viscosity and drilling solution?
Depending on the use of drilling solution, the viscosity of PAC products is different. When the PAC is used as a drilling fluid increase, it is required to be a high viscosity PAC product; when it is a drilling solution filter reduction agent, it is a low viscosity PAC product.
The viscosity of PAC drilling solution is a relatively important indicator. PAC viscosity is the viscosity indicator that is dissolved in the formation of colloidal solution after water. The viscosity of the PAC colloidal solution is directly related to the use of PAC drilling solution.
Factors affecting PAC viscosity generally have three aspects: PAC aggregation, PAC solution concentration, and ambient temperature of dissolving PAC.
Under normal circumstances, the viscosity of PAC is proportional to the aggregation and concentration of PAC, which is inversely proportional to the temperature. That is, the higher the PAC aggregation, the higher the viscosity; the higher the PAC concentration, the higher the viscosity; the higher the temperature of the dissolved P, the lower the viscosity of the solution.
Application of PAC drilling liquid additive when configured drilling solution:
When configured as a drilling agent, PAC needs to be configured with high viscosity PAC drilling solution. It is recommended that PAC product models: PAC-HV.
When configuration of PAC as a drilling liquid filtrate, you need to configure a low viscosity PAC drilling solution. It is recommended that PAC product model: PAC-LV
