Polyanionic cellulose low viscosity (PAC-LV) is a water treatment chemical also known as polyaluminum chloride low viscosity. It is a low-viscosity polymer obtained by specially processing polyaluminum chloride (PAC) and has good flocculation and sedimentation properties.
