PAC-LV has also become a low-viscosity PAC, which is a water-soluble polymer produced by the chemical reaction of cellulose and carboxymethyl anionic groups.This product is further purified in order to significantly increase the effective content of the polymer.It should not contain other polysaccharides, such as starch, myosin and other natural polymers or their derivatives.This product is a free-flowing powdered or granular product.

The role of PAC-LV in oil drilling:

PAC-LV is widely used in water-based drilling fluids as a filter loss reducing agent, viscosity control agent and shale inhibitor.


note:

1.According to the Drilling fluid material specification GB/T5005-2020, it is recommended that the purity of PAC-LV should be greater than 96% NaCMC (based on dry base). Regarding purity, it can be customized according to customer needs. There are PAC LV 70%, PAC LV 85%, PAC LV 90%, PAC LV 95%, PAC LV 98%.

2.PAC-LV should not have starch.

3.Artificial seawater drilling fluid should be used to determine the viscosity and filtration control properties of PAC-LV.

4.It is recommended that the particle size of PAC-LV powder should be less than 0.8mm (80 mesh).
