Production process
1. Raw materials
Plant fiber A (first grade polymerization degree ≥1850, water absorption ≥145)
Acid B (industrial product)
Alkali C (industrial product)
Alcohol D (industrial grade, mass fraction ≥95 after distillation)
Alcohol E (industrial grade, mass fraction ≥80 after distillation)
2. Production process
1) After plant fiber A is crushed, bag it and set aside.
2) The alkalization reaction adds alcohol D and alkali C proportionally to the reactor and starts stirring. At the same time, the cooling water reaction system is introduced into the reactor jacket. When the temperature of the reactor drops to the required temperature, a certain proportion of crushed plant fiber A is added to the reactor to start the alkalization reaction, and the alkalization temperature of the reaction system is strictly controlled with cooling water.
3) Etherization reaction After the alkalization reaction is over, add the acid B solution configured with alcohol D evenly and dropwise to the reactor, and stir well. After the reaction is over, drain the cooling water in the reactor jacket, and at the same time pass 180~195℃ hot water into the reactor jacket to heat the reaction system. The pressure in the kettle is controlled at 0.3MPa, and the heating rate of the system is strictly controlled, generally 1~3℃/min.When the temperature of the reaction system is close to the specified temperature of the reaction (below 3~5℃), the heating is stopped and the etherization reaction begins.During the etherization reaction, pay attention to controlling the temperature change of the reaction system, and the temperature change should be controlled within the range of ±5℃ of the specified temperature. After the etherization reaction is over, immediately pass cooling water into the jacket of the reactor for cooling, and the temperature of the reaction system is reduced to below 25℃ as soon as possible, and then 5 times the total volume of the reaction is evenly added to the reaction system. Water, in order to facilitate washing and desalination, improve product quality.
4) Separate the reaction mixture with a centrifuge for desalination, drying, and crushing, recover the alcohol D solvent, and add the semi-finished product HV-PAC to the alcohol E with a mass fraction of 75~80 for washing and desalination. After 1h, separate the washing liquid with a centrifuge to recover the solvent alcohol E, and add the separated semi-finished product to the alcohol D with a mass fraction of 68~75% for secondary stirring, washing and desalination. After 1h, separate the washing liquid with a centrifuge to recover the alcohol D solvent. The resulting product is dried, crushed and bagged to obtain the finished product HV-PAC.
