After implementing the PAC solution, the mining plant achieved the following results:
Improve mineral processing recovery rate: By using PAC, the flotation effect of useful minerals has been significantly improved, and the mineral processing recovery rate has increased by more than 10%.
Reduce the risk of tailings: Through the joint action of PAC and other agents, the chemical consolidation effect of tailings is obvious, and the footprint of tailings ponds is greatly reduced, which effectively reduces environmental risks.
Standard discharge of wastewater: After using PAC, the treatment efficiency of the wastewater treatment system is significantly improved, suspended solids and heavy metal ions in the wastewater are effectively removed, and the discharge of wastewater meets the standard.
By applying PAC in the mining process, the mining plant has achieved remarkable results in ore separation, tailings treatment and wastewater treatment. The application of PAC not only improves the recovery rate of ore dressing, reduces the risk of tailings, but also realizes the discharge of waste water up to the standard, creating good economic and environmental benefits for the mining plant.
